Barprentice™ Hospitality Training Course

$995.00

Description

Barprentice™ Modern Hospitality Prep Course prepares new and advancing hosts, servers and bartenders for opportunities in American hotels, restaurants and food+beverage retail venues.

This course includes all the printed materials (textbook, workbook, journal and external chapter) plus 1 annual membership to our privately owned, interactive web platform. Membership includes access to 1 or more mentor/instructor, plus speciality syllabus of study. Our service includes 9 months of support and training as applicable per student.

How it Works

1. First we’ll learn about you. We’ll contact you by phone and we’ll talk about your hospitality goal. On this call, we will inform you of your current work options.

2. Next we will send you your eStudent credentials. This will include your log-in and temporary password. Once logged in, you will receive your first ‘welcome’ message from your dedicated mentor/trainer.

3. When you receive your student materials and tools (within 3 weeks), you may begin the course and begin your assignments. The rest is written in the course materials and shared with you online. Be ready to complete assignments including dining out, reading, writing, tasting, grooming and other custom exercises. Your learning style will be accommodated throughout the course so always communicate with your advisor.

4. Your instructor/mentor will impart observations to help you build your confidence. When you and your advisor share confidence in your readiness to work, we’ll prepare you for employment leads and freelance opportunities.

5. You win. You’re either working with the pros or running your own industry business (catering, freelance staffing, food reviewer etc.). You’re kickin’ ass and takin’ names and hopefully you’ll stick around to mentor the next set of students.
